Brake fluid leaking and clicking noise

The brake fluid seems to be leaking from the front driver side of my 97 3.0CL. I've only seen brake fluid on that wheel. Both the parking brake and ABS lights come on when the fluid is low. But when i brake, i hear a clicking sound coming frim the front driver side of the car. The brakes have also been kinda spongy too. I thought the brake fluid might be leaking from the line but now i don't know with the clicking i've been hearing from the front driver side. Can this be a bad caliper? I just changed all rotors to drilled/slotted rotors about 6 months ago and also the front outer tie rods. I can't think of anything else it can be besides the caliper. Anyone have any ideas?

Well, it looks like the problem was solved. I changed out my brake lines the other day to stainless steel lines and no more brake fluid leaks and no more strange noises. And brakes are a lot stiffer now.
