I have a 1997 acura cl with a h23 blue top v tech swapped in it and im not understanding, y the v tec is not popping it still has the obd2 single cam ecu, and it runs but doesnt pop so i got a h22 obd2 ecu i plug it in and it doesnt start.any help i would apreciate i just dont wanna get jerked if i take it to shop thank you acurazine .
