thanks Chris. i bought these set around this time last year. they're powdercoated flat white so they flow a little better then my first set which was obvi. championship white.
the wheels are pretty cheap but they have some history behind them. BR sports were an inexpensive company in the 90's which now cease to be apparently and are getting super rare, especially this set.
the wheels are called BR Sport Burning Bloods and there 17x7 +45. i havent decided on tires yet and am open to suggestions.
i was gonna buy a set of Kosei K1's (the real version of Buddy Club P1's) but they were sold a few hours before i made an offer.

fair point Chris, cant kill ya on that. but i think if i did any further performance it would just be clutch/flywheels, IM, cams/gears, and some fuel upgrades.
no the rust hasnt been fixed. still looking around for a shop to do it. im going to LA in like 10 days so i just might do it myself with my friend and save some money, and just get it painted somewhere.

Wow, that paint looks flawless. The car looks great, and I can't wait to see it all together with the new set up.
Lemme know how you like the F&F's. The type ones are near the top of my list in a coilover choice.

I've got the Rev.2 on mine and are very pleased with them.
Slap them on and drop 'em!

Car looks awesome, I LOVE clean paint like that. I bought my F2's before fall last year and they were rev. 2 so I am sure yours are. They were the first set of coils I ever owned and I couldn't have been happier with the ride quality. To be honest, the TL I have now feels pretty close to that, just a bit softer on bumps + body roll. I was able to take sharp on/offramps at 65+ with those, really gave a nice planted feel. Driving down the palisade's pkwy in the concrete areas was rather noisy and rough with them though, girlfriend used to bitch about it all the time. Heading to fort lee on friday so I will get to see how that road is with stock suspension on the TL.
Just don't make the mistake I did when I first put them on... Do NOT put them on fully slammed Your underbody will be on the floor of the garage, esp. if you are running a low series tire on 16's or running 15's. Depending on what you have for a camber kit up front, your UCA's will be the only thing keeping the front end off the floor . But I am sure you won't make that mistake, probably not the first car you have ever dropped on coils unlike myself.
