dang that ingine looks good. how does that breather filter work? which vacuum lines had to be plugged for you to use that? i love how those look but arent sure how they work

I just took the hose from that filter bung to the intake, and removed it. Just keeps the intake charge from having oily air charge in it....

it is funny around here,,,.

I was not able to replace my ITR, so my wife and friend put "R"s on my car a couple weeks ago as a joke....just haven't taken it off. Makes me smile for now.

more progress pics...intake

I took the EGR passages out, smoothed out the runners. Here it is before going to Extrude Hone and then powder coating/

here is the upper intake, ported the runners so they taper from the top to the bottom for increased velocity

here is the upper with the lower and more port work

the layout dye washes off

Car looks great. I honestly can't care less of a flying fuck about the "R" though but it would be nice if it wasn't there... EB looks CLean! That little mini cone filter you have on there looks pretty interesting. Exhaust tip not my style though.
