Out with the old in with the new
Here is my trusty 97 Acura CL 3.0 that has 194K on it and still running the original transmission. She has served me better than any other car I have owned but it's time to move on. I have replaced her with a 2007 IS350. My CL has Volk AV3 and my new ride has Volk GT-Ms with Michelin PS2s, Hotchkis sways and springs, F-sport intake and shocks and waiting to be put on a Anceltion Felicia Body Kit.

Thanks. It will be sad to see the CL go. I have owned it from the day it was new and it has taken me all over the US and Canada. It has been my sport utility vehicle.

The hitch has done it's work
When I bought my Kawasaki ZX11
Towing a Yamaha GP1200 and GP1200R. About 1850 lbs with trailer and fluids.
Towing a Honda TRX450R and TRX250EX
Towing a Honda TRX450R
Towing my two ATVs on a dirt road into New Mexico. Yeah that dirt road was twenty miles into BFE. Kilbourne Hole look it up.
Oh and let's not forget towing my Kawasaki ZZR1200 all around the United States. This car has seen more SUVing than 99% of SUVs in the United States. Still going strong too!

Tow pictures
Thanks for the compliments. I use to get funny looks at the boat ramp when I'd show up in a lowered CL towing two PWCs. Everybody else usually had trucks or SUVs. Mine is still running and they probably broke down by now.

CL in lawnmower status
best thread i've seen in a while
i love seeing cl's used for all kinda of things, especially when lowered and on some tastefull wheels
i hope to get a roof rack for mine, and if i ever buy anything to tow, it'll be def towed by the cl
...and i just can't believe your transmission is still going, with all that towing...just awesome, purely awesome
