Haha, thanks. Well since I'm still new to the scene in imports, atleast starting off with Dropping it. Then on with some shoes. Most likely the first thing I do is Tint it since I hate people have the ability looking at me.

Don't know, tight on budget. Been driving the car for 2 years now, it's serve me well up until the mileage with gas is killing me with. Lawl.

Used Meguiars NXT Liquid wax on both the Xterra and Jeep. This stuff is amazing. I highly reccomend it to you guys.
Then used Eagle One Tire Shine Gel which also works wonders.

The pictures suck because there was like a haze over the lens on my camera phone so bare with me.

Got bored last night and took a drive. Before I knew it, I was in Pendleton County, West Virginia. I gotta say its a world away from the toxic wasteland known as NJ...and 20 miles from my place in VA. yes, yes it is, my other buddy that wasn't at the show has one, but it's a turbocharged cobalt ss (also black on black), the cl is not really my kind of car tho, i's just a practical car, and that's the reason i like it.
i try to brag about the mileage i get, i always tell them i'll challenge them to a race of who can get the best gas mileage... soon enough i would like some more power too tho, can't stand having to beat the crap out of the cl just to keep up to them

and i know i'm just wasting my money, if i spend anything else on the cl
plus i like the reliability, so i wouldn't do any mod to affect that (since i'm putting on about 5000km a month right now)

why would it be a waste of money? I swapped mine n now not only is it reliable even tho i beat on it relentlessly, it gets relatively good gas mileage too.

I feel the same way, I don't have the kind of money to take my nicest car, which wasn't really meant to be a sports car and turn it into a race car. Not that you can't it's just an opinion, I have much respect for you guys with the fast CL's, some day I'll have a car like the CL and a project car. Need a dpendable car, again you can have your cake and eat it too, but not with my unemployment money.

for the reasons why i use the cl, it is a waste of money.
reliability of a swapped motor is usally pretty good, but you can't say it would def be better than the original f22, and that's the main reason i bought the cl, for engine/tranny reliability
and good gas mileage is a must for me right now, spending more than $300 every month for gas alone is hard enough, i would hate to have to pay more than that

yeah i wanted to put some wheels on mine, and still might if the right deal comes along... better get some quality ones to keep that unsprung weight down...i know you prolly will
and i look up to a lot of you guys, doing shit that no one else has done, i love originality, but i don't feel i share the same passion for the cl as most of you do, and that's why i would not mod the cl to the extent that most of you do or have done

and if i wanted a fast car, i prolly woulda started with something a little different than the cl (no offence).... i mean it is unique compared to the rest of the honda/acuras but there are a lot better/lighter platforms to work from i think

i don't think i'll be doing a lot more mods
i've seen numerous people sink tens of thousands of dollars into their honda/acura and they usually end up selling it for a fraction of what they put into it, just because they grew out of it, or get too much negative attention from it...

and i'm not trying to put any of you guys down for boosting your cars or getting swapped motors, i'm just sharing my views and opinions on what the future holds for my cl
can't wait to see what some of you guys have planned tho
