^thanks zero, i wanna tint them in springtime prolly, cuz the passenger one is kinda screwed and we knicked the driver's when installing the system. Just don't really wanna get ticketed, but i've never been pulled over before so i'll prolly tint them darker, just hoping for no tickets
i think it looks better with steelies just cuz it's all black then, so i wanna try and get some black rims for spring, although the volks i'm looking at are white

5% on the sides, 2 layers of 25% on the rear. Thats like my third tint job on my car. Can't wait to go back to PA and get pulled over everywhere and anywhere. Window Reg is broke too so I cant even put them down. hah

^wow, nice. i gotta look up the tint laws again for my province so that i can make it just a little illegal but not too much
but prolly not near 5%, they like to pull ppl over for that especially on cruise night, they have vehicle inspection police out that specifically look for illegal mods done to cars

just washed the cl again this weekend
so here's what my paint looks like up close and with lots of light on it. it's black sapphire metallic from BMW
it's really hard to photograph the flake in it, anybody have any suggestions? i am using a casio 5MP camera but it does have a few settings on it
anyways about the paint, i have mixed feelings bout it, in the daylight it just looks black unless you look at it from weird angles, it's only when there's sunsets that you can see the flake in it. and in person it looks a lot better. i'm not a fan of lots of colored flake, mostly this one is supposed to be blue and white flake, only in photographs for some reason can you see more green etc... but anyways the color is starting to grow on me and it looks fantasic when it's all cleaned up

^ thanks, but this is as detailed and as big of a pic that i could take, unless i had like 20 fluorescent lights in my garage. As you can see on the right of the flake it just looks black, cuz i couldn't get any more partially focused in the pic, and with light on it

gnate idk that lip looks weird painted primerose. im planning on saving up for a ww lip and selling this one one day.
honuu, all you do is take off the valve cover, i cleaned it up to get off the dirt luckily mine wasnt that dirty. then i sanded it, taped off the letters, primered, then sprayed 2 to three coats of 500 degree red caliper paint then took off the tape on the letters. it looks really good and its been holding up great since the summer.

gnate u never saw a car with a black lip???? not everyone paints them the same color as the car. when r u gunna get to do the black housings? jump on that it would be hot.

damn i wanted that exhaust. I could've used it way more too. your car needs a drop and you need to center the exhaust pipe and you'll be sittin' pretty.
