HAHAHA! You guys do that on purpose? Mine was faded like that when I bought it. lol. It drives me crazy so I think I'm gonna be painting them black here pretty soon.

BTW... Here's a list of stuff that's on the way...

- Megan Racing header and exhaust. (gutted cat)
- AEM V2 intake.
- K-Sport adjustable coilovers.
- Suspension Techniques front and rear sways.
- Megan Racing front and rear upper strut bars.
- Megan Racing rear lower tie bar.

I already got my front lip, but I'm not putting it on until I take the car to the body shop. Question... Should I go ahead and have the lip molded on, or just leave it? I'm also thinking about moving the fogs... To a MUCH better location. For those who asked, they're just $20 fogs from Advance Autoparts. GO GET SOME!

well mine looked terrible.. all faded, some parts black, some silver.
i had a sander, so i just made it all uniform.
the brushed aluminum look was much better than the faded, half black half silver look.
i got worried about rust and sprayed it down with glossy stuff i had, hoping that would prevent it.
i dont really like it now, it was just a temporary fix.
just gotta find the time to paint them right.

 

^^Yeah I haven't done it but it looked like you "modded" it so I was juss wondering. Cuz of the same deal, the paint is peeling off and looks like shit on mine. Meh, mabye I'll paint em lime green or somethin. Or tangerine orange. Or burnt umber.

hahaha... Actually it's a tribute shirt to one of my good friends that passed away. His name was Zach, hints the Z in the middle of the rising sun. Then the "JDM" stands for Jon, Dan, and Marty. The four of us were really good friends so we had the shirts made and stickers for our cars.

I hope that doesn't make you feel stupid, just thought I'd share.

The lip was $130 shipped if I remember right...?

Thanks for that chop... The suspension is goin on tomorrow! I'm kinda pissed though because all the Megan stuff isn't hear yet... So no strut bars or lower rear tie bar.
