Here my 2.0CL 1997! :)
Here we go! This is my CL!
Please, be nice, i got it today so i did not had time to fix some stuff, clean it, and other things.
So, its a 2.0CL 1997, 5 speeds.
2.0 because i have a F20B JDM with a T2T4 LSD tranny on it!
So like i said, sorry, its really dirty
And this is the interior!
This is tonight, when i changed the wheel with L3G10N for my summer wheel i already had.
The car is.... kind of.... way too low lol
Anyway, its sweet!
Better pics comming tomorrow or another day.. it was really dark outside :P
So, what you think for a 2.4kCND$ CL? :P

Well, its a kind of tape that is supposed to "protect" the pain but... yeah lol
L3G10N have the same thing on is 6thgen. I am not sure how to get it off ...
I suppose if i try it will just broke in billions of pieces and i will have glue everywhere on the hood and.. i dont know if i want to try lol s... well...
I have in mind to get a Carbon hood anyway and this is going to be my "winter" hood.
We will see
And, if you look on the last 2 pics, my "mudflap" is realy close from the road so... i cant really go lower lol

looks pretty good, def a good pickup
only things i would change would be, get rid of the decals, debage, tint, and obviously clean everything real good
and the rust isn't too bad on yours, pretty even from side to side too. My car had a rust hole in the passenger side QP and it was from Mississauga.
Goodluck and keep us updated with your car... and possibly take some new pics when it's clean

As for the ECU, this is the MAJOR question I want to know. Next day off without rain, this is what I am planning to check.

Not too low at all. Just take your mudflaps off
I always forget that the Canadian CL's speedos are in kph instead of mph, freaked me out for a second.

I've tried to get rid of the tape on my hood and its not really easy lol
My hand hurt a lot now :bangh:
I did the rear quarter and the 2 front quarter.
Next sunny day, if i do not work, i will get the hood one out!
For the mudflaps, well... sorry... i will keep them

it looks a lot better without the stickers, and the rims don't look too bad either, not my style, but i don't find them ugly at all
and the white kinda goes with your headlights and clear corners.

It cleaned up really well. Now the interior and engine bay need some attention.
How does it drive with the 2.0? I find the F22 to be gutless and too small for a 3,000 lb car. Does the transmission of the F20 make up for it?

thanks you for all the comments!
I can't go lower then that. In quebec, its already way too low. I can't go by any speed bump, a lot of "hole" (chicken ness lol) on the asphalt, i need to "evade" them all or the mudflaps and under the car touch the road. So, i am thinking about get it up a lil bit. But i like the look she have right now so.... i dont know lol
I have a lil trouble with my F20B right now.
When i got the car, the guy told me the Check Engine was a missing O2 sensor. But today when i get to the garage for my exhaust line, we realise that i do not miss a O2 at all. So, we think that maybe the ECU is not the good one so the fuelmap is not good either. We already know something was wrong but now we are more sure about the ECU. The guy probably installed the OEM ECU on the F20B and that is why i have a VTEC controler in the engine bay and its probably with i have a check engine. But anyway, we will know soon. Next sunny day, we will check this out! I want this to be repair before the CanAm ride. A T2T4 tranny with a Check Engine = Bad mix for saving gas!
But, the car move pretty nicely! I was on the highway the other day, following L3G10N, and when i've passed a truck, i didn't needed to downshift, so it nice! BUT.... at 110k/hr (around 65 miles/hour) i rev at 3000RPM.... and the VTEC start at 4500.... lol
For the interior, yeah... its pretty dirty. I did my best today, but i've spend more time on the exterior. Next step, interior, after that i will clean the engine bay. But the steering wheel i think i will need to change it, When i've tried to clean it up a bit, it started to "peel" so i've stop but.... well.. its still dirty. But its nicer, i've cleaned the door interior, doors sills, etc so its kind of better for now lol
If i have a lot of wheel housing its kind of because my tire are too small. I had these tire on my Hyundai Accent, but the tire only have 1 summer left so i did not wanted to buy new one and throw away these one when they are still good. Anyway, when they will be done i will get the right size.

It's a little difficult to know if you have an OEM LSD on a Honda. I've seen plenty of stock Civic's (non LSD) do burnouts and leave two strips. Other people have said to jack the car up in the air and turn one of the tires towards the front of the car. If the other tire is moving in the same direction, that supposedly means you have an LSD (my GSR tranny w/ LSD does this). A lot people have also said this is false, but I don't know for sure.
The only accurate way to tell is to remove both axels from the tranny. If you can see straight through the differential, that means you have an LSD. If there's a pin sitting vertically through the middle, then it's an open differential.
Taking your car to an auto-x event is also a good way to tell. If your inside tires spins like crazy while exiting a tight corner, you have no LSD. The OEM Honda LSD is meant for corners anyways. It doesn't help that much for drag racing.
