DAMN the CF looks sick... The ony wierd thing about that is the direction of the CF weve behind the emblem doesn't match the CF hood. Sexay none the less.

No, it's 2x2 weave just like the hood, it's just the angle the light is hitting it in the pic, believe me, I'm so OCD that if it didn't go the same way it wouldn't be on my car

Sticker? It's no sticker it's real 2x2 weave CF that is resined and clear coated, custom cut to fit, there is no adhesive involved

Made it myself with some scissors and a dremel, and the carbon fiber sheet, I think I paid $80 for the sheet, but I still have quite a bit left. It's screwed into the grill

Anyway, here's what I did:

 

Repainted wiper arms ftw

 

repaint your arms, i just did mine the other day, its so easy to do

 

I love my painted wipers, even though I chipped one swapping hoods

 

Yeah, the the arms and the grill needs to be repainted now, it's all chipped. The pic is old, back when I was on the pro-kit. I'm waiting until it warms up. Tires are stock specs except they're a bit wider. If I can get the wheels I want, I'll be going with something thinner, but no less than 45. I don't like the way rubber bands look.

damn i need to stop coming by this thread...makes me wanna do my grill but i need to save so i can repaint my front lip and finally get that thing on as well as do some touchups around the car...

i dont like them. the mesh is too light, you can see right through it. and it shows the hood latch which is hideous

 

i looked at it a lil better and i dont really like the ebay one, the fitment looks a lil off and the modded 97' looks way cleaner. not a bad buy for the moddingly challahged tho..

 

ayougo's and the ebay one are completely different.

 

Im with you greg, I'm just saying it's a deccent option for people that don't want to fiberglass and go through the bullshit, I got something different goin with my 97 grill

 

I kinda like this one, it's subtle. I was thinking about color matching my chrome ring(edge), but that there isn't bad and a hell of a lot easier than matching my paint. but wipers man. wipers were the first thing I did to my CL. Took all of 15min.

 

Thanks for the compliment - I try to stay subtle with my car. As for the wipers - The next nice weekend it's getting done, I promise

 

It's surprising how much just painting the arms can freshen up the car.
