Car polished/corrected and revised retrofit *56k extremely intensive

Sorry for the huge effing pics, but did the 'once every 2 years' machine polishing/paint correcting and restoration. As well as blackhoused my headlights and switched up from gatling shrouds to mercedes benz replica shrouds. I think they fill out the reflector better

paint correction:
Before:

After:

Before:

After 7 or 8 passes with the Cyan pad:

Rear passenger quarter panel before:

And after:

Front bumper before:

After:

Drivers fender and QP:

After finishing glaze and sealant:

And retrofit redone along with blackhousings:

what front lip is that, I really like the way it looks like its the same length as the side skirts. Usually when you see those side skirts on the CL with the WW front lip the sides are way lower than the front or rear and I just do not like the way that looks, yours looks like they flow into each other the way I would like mine to look if I ever get a body kit for it. It looks like a WW lip with something added to the bottom? is this what it is and if so what is added to it

appreciate the feedback fellas! I really really want to repaint the entire car, but right now the tranny is what's holding me back. A part of me wants to 'keep' the car simply because it's been in the family since 97...but a part of me just wants to pick up a beater 2.3 5 speed and swap all the parts over and start fresh. The car has definitely seen better days, unfortunately

not much to see on the bimmer man, lol bone stock ^_^

the lower lip is simply that cheap home depo garage door lining foam material

I really didn't do it just for looks, but because I have lowered the car another half inch and the bottom of my front lip eats pavement just about daily, so the foam stuff acts as a buffer so paint doesn't come off everytime : /

Sick man. I knew you couldn't stay the OEM look for long. I think you shouldve done your corners with amber.

appreciate the feedback guys! haha my camera is actually an old shitty canon a620 point n shoot with a busted battery compartment and lens cover. But I use the manual aperture and focus settings every chance I can get, and CS5 helps a lot!

I thought about doing amber corners, but the corners + amber bumper lights is just too much for me. spencer: are you referring to the bumper lights? They're still in pretty good shape man...I try to wax them with the rest of the car every week, plus the car doesn't see the highway much so they don't get many chips

This is probably the last photoshoot of my car for awhile, as the tranny is just about gone and I'm probably going to be picking up a Lex within the next month or so. Such a shame the 3.0 trannies are so bad and the H isn't such an easy option, but I think I'll still hold onto her for a long-term project : /

HDR's:

Thanks again for all the love and help fellas, ya'll are like fams!

thanks again guys really appreciate it!

Just got a new 3.0 24k complete gold emblem/grill kit off ebay, so I finally got around to replacing the dull/scratched up old emblems. I admit, no matter how much I want to move on...there's just something about the CL that makes me want to stay. They're such great cars!

kyan: haha sheesh man, you're gonna go all out huh? I actually got approached by a gas station attendant tonight, who said 'wow, nice lexus! you know that there's a law you have to be at least 6 inches off the ground, right? You get pulled over yet?'

I just facepalmed and lol'd. The day I raise up the car is the day baby jesus stops killing kittens when I masturbate.
