Can someone explain this one?

I have a 98 3.0, and when I turn my car off, like every other normal car in the world, I turn the key position to off, but my car stays on like I have a turbo timer or something. I just bought the car and I looked for a turbo and/or a turbo timer but to my dismay I didn't find anything. However, my car still will not turn off. I usually have to wait a while and then it just shuts off or I have to turn my car on and off until something just happens. While this is happening my ABS light stays on, as well. Again, I know this sounds weird, but it is true and it totally has me trippin'. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it so much. Is there something wrong with my security system, or what?

And I can just take it to my Acura dealer and they'll fix it for no charge right?

Yep, let them know you just purchased and they should be able to tell from the vin# if it's been done. And no problem..
