O-k I have had a AcuraZine before but forgot "lost" my passwords etc. So I made another. I was recently hit by a Chevy Tahoe and my Acura was totalled with $3,600 in damages. However , I have recently replaced all the body parts except the headlights so Im pretty much ready to get it painted but I really dont know which color to go with. My Ideas are the Cadillac "white" , Midnight Black , or repainting it the color it is now. What do you guys suggest. Here are some before and now pics , and a few pics of my moms 3.0.

nice job fixin up the damage. Are you talking about cadillac pearl white? Thats a tight color, but I dont know what I would think of it on a cl. Black is sexy, but I would personally go with a custom color like a dark gray or something if youre getting it repainted anyway. good luck man

 

Alright thankyou man , your input will defenintally be involed in my decision making process , I have to get headlights first though. But Ill see and yes , the Cadillac Pearl white was the color I was referring to. I think Im gonna go with Cadillac Pearl or black , and some purple or green underglo lights. Im gonna try making the car look better than it looked before.

Hey Guys , Im still expecting more suggestions , but the guy I bought my Acura from has a 2000 Honda Accord Ex Coupe , with a body kit , dual exhaust etc , loaded , that he just offered to trade me for the way my car is. You guys think I should? I mean I see Hondas everywhere , you rarely see our Acuras , Im pretty iffy at this point , I may , may not.

Sounds like a good deal, if he's willing to part with his newer car done up. Or fix your car, I'd take his as is. Well I wouldn't but I'm not in your situation, but that's a sweet deal

 

Engine wise its a 3.0 V6 automatic its got a K&N Cold Air Intake , a electric supercharger , and I dont remember what brand the exhaust was. However when I said loaded , I ment loaded with leather , heated seats etc.

But being I see Honda Ex's "everywhere". I think I may stick with my car and get it fixed , I recently found out the honda has 226,000 miles. My Acura has 176,000 , but its a 2.2 V-tech.

And yes I live here in Winston-Salem N.C , Im gonna create my own Car Club soon "East Coast Acura's". Im fixin to get Window stickers made to.

I'll go with a on that 1, you could possibly inherit a glass tranny and that most def wont be good. As for colors, I'd either go stock or a color that the CL didnt come with. Smokinh22 has a 2 tone look that looks absolutely sick, maybe you should consider that with like a gunmetal on top and a midnight blue on the bottom

Ok , heres my latest Idea on painting. Im sure everyones seen "SmokinH22CL's" paint job. Im thinking of Cadillac Pearl , where his is blue , and black where his is black , what do you guys think?

The black on the new Infiniti is Black Obsidian , its pretty hot I agree. I've gotta save money for awhile anyway , so I have some time to fool around and think. But until then I just wanna know what my Acura family thinks lol.

The guy that Im having paint my car said he would paint it the original color for 860.00 and a different color "we talked about the m35 black" for 1000.00. His paint jobs are badass , my uncle has a 1983 Caddy and a 63 Impala SS , this guy painted both , and they look like brand new cars!!! He puts 5 Clearcoats on
