19's

Would I be able to fit 19 x 8 rims on my 97' CL, or is the most I could go by 7.5.

i have 18x7.5 with 225 tires, they dont' really stick out at all so i'm sure it would be ok. they're really close, if not exactly at the border. it'll be aiight i guess if you had 235 tires... 245's would definitly flare out

I almost got 19's, but I bent a rim on my old 18's because of the 35 series tires, so I went with a new set of 18's,

it's lowered .. about a finger-gap all-around .. i could not find the stock height (wheel-gap) so i don't know how many inches i'm dropped .. check my sig (DYI - coilovers, ingalls, bolts & washers) .. also, photo has a wheel shot ..

advice .. i think 19's made me drive slower (especially watching potholes) ..

i meant there's a gap of 1 finger (about 3/4") between the wheel & fender .. sorry for the confusion ..

so far, no problems with the A'pexi WS Coilovers .. they're easy to adjust .. also, installed them by myself (quite a challenge, since i did it alone) .. it's cheaper than the Teins .. though they say the Teins are better ..
