I know there is a link for this but i was wondering how long will it take and dry?

 

time= 20-30 minutes
drying= depends on weather. sunny conditions a day or two. no sun, three to seven just to be on the safe side.

wash=dont wash for at least a week or so.

 

About 30 mins install, they take about 24 hours to set completely. I recommend using a heat gun to make the vinyl really set.

I got the 20% which is the lighter of the 2, the 35% is darker, too dark for me. But I love my 20%

are u able to use regular window tint cuz ive heard a few people say thta they have done that but im not sure how effective that is u know and if u can use regualr tint what percentage u think will be good to use thanks in advance

 

No. Window tint is for windows..this kind of tint is specifically made and pre-cut for your tailights and to handle the outdoors unlike window tint.

DO NOT USE WINDOW TINT, just buy the kit for $50 it's precut and save yourself the trouble.

Thanks. I searched but didnt find anything except these that you did^^^obviously. I just got my rockblocker tint. I'm gonna wait to tint till spring thats what I've been told. Just wondering cause I got worried on getting in trouble for tint. I've searched and havent found problems so no worries on tinted tailights for me.
Got interested in Hella Supertones. Sound sick. heard them on Youtube.

35 is super dark, 20 works great, I used to drive by cops every day in a school zone no probs. 35 is just way too dark IMO

 

by the way guys the film works a lot better...imo... i used the spray it came out nice but there is a real way of findin out wha is to dark unless u wanna wait 2-3 days.. its easier it looks okay if u like the matte look.. im waitn to clear coat mine.. but the film works better...

 

Still tryin to decide how this would look on my car. The first white cl with the tinted tails looks killer. Any body know how much a used set of lights should run me? If i do tint them ill be sanding them and painting them with a clearcoat/ single stage black mixture.

 

They go for cheap on ebay, I've seen sets for $50-100
