Bleeding the cooling system

How do I properly bleed the cooling system on my 1996 Acura TL 3.2. I do not have an owner's manual

I dont think you bleed coolant.

drain it, fill it, then burp it.

and I think the process of burping, if you dont have that cool funnel, is turning on the car with heat on full blast.
I suppose one could just google how to burp the coolant

also, I suppose "bleeding/burping/purging" all means the same thing...but difference in semantics...

I was always led to believe "bleeding" involved pumping via brake pedal or clutch pedal.
while burping or purging was letting out air via opening a cap.

bleeding isn't the proper term because unlike brakes, the cooling system isn't in a vacuum. that's all
