Ok, so I thought my car was really fucked up right, so I changed the 2 of the tires around to make them matching on the axels. That didn't fix the problem... Now, I think maybe its my wheel bearing messing up from all the trouble. I am so fucking pissed right now I can hardly stand it. I go outside to wiggle the tire/rim to see if there is any play on it, there is, so I think great its the wheel bearing... Then I get the bright idea to check if the num nut at SEARS! put my lug nuts on tight. OH WELL JEE MAYBE THAT WOULD BE A GOOD FUCKING IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lug nuts were so loose I can turn them with my fingers. What should I do? I could have been killed driving like that. I am for sure getting something for free from sears for this bull shit.

I say you write up a formal complaint letter explaining the situation and ask for some compensation. Then take it to the manager, if he doesnt do anything, regional offices love to handle stuff like this.
Im glad your safe.

Sucks bro, my girl's wheel fell off while she was driving, and only 3 of the 20 lugs were tight on her car, her brother in law (piece of shit btw) was too lazy to torque the bolts after he did her brakes, she had HIS 4 y/o daughter in the car and my dog, thankfully no one got hurt, but i'd def go after them for some retribution

Yeah, its pretty bad really. You almost have to watch the mechanic work on your car so they don't do something stupid... I'm pretty sure this could be considered gross negligence, and if I was real bad I could have let my wheel just fall off and sued them, so I don't think half off tires is too much to ask.

I'm not on Sears side and it probably was their fault but you should check your lug nuts after driving your car after your wheels were taken off. They can change on their own sometimes after they are put on.

Nah, this happened RIGHT after I left sears. I would have gone back asap but my clutch slips so bad the way it is I wanted to let it get home and cool off, so I didn't drive it for awhile, and hadn't had time to get it in.

I'm going to have a local mechanic check it out for me because they basically told me I'm retarded at the shop, so over their heads we go. I am going to have the studs checked for stripping, check the rim holes for being made into ovals instead of circles, and if you have to change studs that means you have to take off rotor/hub , and all that shit, so that means the bearing could be ruined just from getting pressed off also. I'm taking it to the honda dealer in about 2 hours.

and file a complaint if Sears doesnt help you. Ive resolved many matter that way. Long process, but make your voice heard.

They said they would give me a 25$ gift card if I just go away basically. I did call the regional office, and they have some sort of mediation, but they work for sears, so whos better interest do you think they are in for? I just got off the phone with the honda dealer, and they said there is most likely damage because it was only tightened finger tight.

You got to be careful that they didn't tell you to come back and have the lug nuts re-tightened.
Only because they can use that as a cautionary clause because of your aluminum alloy rims...
They like to say that to cover themselves and I would never worry about re-torquing it myself, but (they could say this) if the rims were hot from braking (unlikely they would still be) when they put them back on, then the aluminum alloy would have been expanded (their claim) and that it was torqued but cooled and became loose...
Honestly, I don't think you would have had any damage from them being loose, since the tire didn't fall off. I had it happen on my Mustang when I was 17 and then on my Integra on new years eve while driving to Montreal and never had any lug damage or anything. Just re-tightened them and it was good to go.
On my Mustang, I had no idea what the noise was and I stuck my head out the window while driving to work and noticed the tire 'wobbling' as I was driving, it was that bad...

I will see what the mechanic says, if they say there isn't any damage I will forget about it all, but if there is damage, (and I'm sure honda dealers are good at finding things that are broken) I will bring them the bill.

To fucking funny!!!
Random thought...
Back in the 80's, my mother had this happen to her right rear tire on her full size van...
To show you how much she noticed it, people were honking at her (on the highway) and she had no idea why, so she moved over to the right lane and when she checked her passenger side mirror, she noticed all the sparks coming from her van...
She pulled over and when my step father went out there, he saw that all of her lugs (the bolts) had broken off some how and the tire went flying off into the treeline on the side of the highway!!!
God, that was a good memory for a laugh... Thanks!

Alloy rims don't flex that much. You would not have properly torqued lugs loosening on their own. NEVER!. Make sure they know that you aren't going to settle for a $25 gift card. If you had crashed, that could have been very bad. Just be sure to go somewhere a bit more reputable for service on your car. I've been freinds with my mechanic for 25 years. (WOW) He has been with Firestone for 15 of them. And stuff he can't fix... Well, I know people who do nothing but Honda/Acura. I would never go to Sears, Pep Boys, Wal-Mart... chain stores don't care about you. People you know and trust. That is the only way.
Similar situation, a local tire shop tore the bead on three brand-new tires in two days on my old Integra. The first one blew at 80mph on I35. I was alone. Three hours later, the second one blew, same side, same relative location with my wife in the car. The third one went flat in my garage over night. That shop wasted and comped out ove $400 in tires that had been specially ordered. Man, I would have hated to be the tech who did that.
BASTARDS! I stick with Firestone now.

There was some sort of sting operation in the Toronto area to see how honest garages were and Sears was the worst out of 20 or so.. I would demand the lug nuts be fixed and then just never go back. The bait car they used for the sting operation was a Dodge Caravan with a loose battery cable. Sears somehow thought up $400 in repairs. The techs broke stuff in diagnosing the battery cable and charged the customer
