Wrecked CL
Wrecked CL
So im driving home from school in my honda cuz the roads are Bad cause of the snow . And I'm going around the corner just right before my house and there is this pearl white 1gen CL smashed over the curb and into a tree RIGHT in front of my house. I was picturing the cl before it crashed, it was SEXY. Pearl white with 18in chrome rim with a full exhaust. It sounded sexy and it always drove by my house every morning and you can hear it. But coming home i seen it smashed up over the curb into a tree. I felt so bad cause the poor guy was just so mad i could tell from across the street. And before you knew it, the tow truck came and picked the baby up and drove him away. I felt bad for that CL owner and hope none of you guys have to feel his pain, take care of your CL guys!

That's why snow tires are a must in the fwd CL. I crashed mine once in the snow and said never again. Sucks though, hope he's ok, just sucks that he went OVER a curb and into a tree, sounds like some serious damage. Where do you live?

If you saw my driveway you wouldn't think it was unneccesary, but a necessity. And trust me, after watching a brand new trailblazer spin out in front of me in my ack and bounce off the walls and almost over a bridge into the river, I was super glad I could just roll by him with traction with my snow tires

Seattle's way more north and close to canadia, of course they're gonna get snow
The Mistress loves the snow and ice. I stay in 2nd untill I get out on more well-traveled roads. We have ice packed in here in OKC. There is a second blizzard set to come in this weekend. I don't understand how you can end up in that condition unless you don't use common sense. If you can't deal with the preasure of driving in this weather, just stay home. And I mean preasure in the sense of dealing with those around you. Some will drive too fast, some will hog lanes, some will drive too slow... not often. Just be prepared.

Been fun driving in the snow. Scary when you drive over ice though and you float around (even in a straight line), even scarier when you hit ice bumps that look like rocks and you slide left and right, you're not even touching the ground anymore.
LUCKILY, I haven't crashed or even come close. Let's keep it that way.

And the snow was fun too. I don't know if you know where Interlake High School is, but I was doing slides and whatnot in the student parking lot
