I am still making my custom grill so far I got the bondo smooth but the back of the grill is all uneven and when it is back in the car you will see it how do I go about making it all even like you did and how did you make the sides slant in on yours YBlegal mine go straight across this is taking forever and I need to finish sometime tomarrow or before the weekend because my car will be out of the Honda shop and I dont want to drive around with no front grill

umm i just sand the back... with the sand block..

first of all i over bondo the back and then sand it with sanding block..

but man you should of put it on the car first and then bondo it..

because as soon as you put back on your car its going to strectch and crack every where...

no worries.. just put some more bondo where its has been cracked and make sure you let it dry on your car so it stays that way..

and about the sides go.. it was like that.. how far did you cut out??

wait, did you say that you put the bondo on while the grill is on the car? If so, then how did you get the grill on that is behind it and how could you paint it?

he put the bondo on while the grill was on the car then he took it off and painted it then put on the grill behind it I do not have my digital camera anymore but when I am done I will get a few pics
