ww lip

ww lip

ok im lost and pissed. my lip was ripped off by a massive dog on the freeway a while back. and ever since i havent been able to find a single way to fasten it back to the bumper..ive used about every kind of tape possible. 3m, scotch, everything. what the hell could i use to hold it..

dont know why this is in DIY/FAQ, moved.

oh, and I used 3M tape and it works for me They make it in different strengths, perhaps you can try some of the stronger ones?

there should be some industrial strength glue that you can get. maybe try that...home depot is your friend. haha

3m double sided tape with the red tape, and screws. I heard gorilla glue works too

ha thanks guys. yeah im the same guy who hit the dog and lost my lip. and its not like i went hunting the dog down. it was dark and he popped out of no where. i couldnt swerve cause there was a car next to me. but ill try some more 3m tape and ill add some glue next time. thanks.

dont forget to use some screws too if you can't get it to stick still. You can't see them at that bottom of the lip, especially if you paint them with touch up paint.

Did you properly clean both surfaces before applying the new tape? You shouldnt need glue...

yeah use screws on the sides too, like where you can see it in the wheel well, that should hold it on.
