is anyone sellin a WW lip? where can i get one?

 

you should put a WTB in the black market for a WW lip, and go on the internet and search for Wings West lip for your CL. It always works for me!

I have a '98......so yes, it would be tafetta

it's actually a hair brighter than tafetta

the bodyshop painted it twice to try to get it to match......the 1st try had a little blue tint to it

the 2nd came out pretty close.......close enough for me

jamz how much does it cost to get something like your WW wing painted? maybe ill save a month more for that since im getting my skirts and possibly grill/A emblem painted to match my car soon..

 

^i got quoted $150 for paint and installation, but alas, I have no WW lip to paint or install

 

hmm i should aim for that then.. wonder if its THAT much more to get an A and a grill painted to match

 

my paint cost $56.64 at a local bodyshop.....and installed by me


very easy to install yourself with the 3M tape and a couple screws....I recommend getting a helper since it's kind of awkward holding it up yourself

There's some paint stores that can mix some paint up to match exactly then put it into a spray pain can. It's really easy and matches perfectly.

 

how much does that cost? id do paint my emblems n grill up.. my black emblems are sitting in my room still bc the black paint doesnt look all that good w/ my black paint.. somehow the blue sparkles in the pearl black make my emblems look kinda grey or charcole.

 

I think it was something like $25-$30 per can...can't remember for sur though. And you probably don't have the same exact store as I do, but I think they do it at like Earl Sheib or something.

 

yea u can do that but i recommend just going to the paint shop. i asked paint supply shops if they can do that they said yea, but goin the paint shop is better kuz the ionization of the spray can and the paint gun is diff. or something like that. i would leave it to the pros unless you knew what you were doing

 

Maybe you are right...

I waited days for it to dry so I could clear coat it...as soon as I sprayed the CC, it at away at the paint. I wanted to cry. Maybe I should have baked it.

no...no. dont do that. Hey since you are in Arcadia I can do it for you. I got all the paint stuff. Just get the paint. I got Paint Sprayer, and I know how to paint...(thanks to my dad for that) lol

Yeah i live in Sunland which is like 20min away from where you are at. I go to San Gabriel valley a lot...its because of the food.....Sam Woo anyone? Hmm wont be much like no more then $20 since we are a community its like a big family.
