Im pretty sure it is. I think its an f22 w/o vtec. The 97 ex was the only one with vtec. The ones that dont have vtec have different valve covers. I may be wrong though

doest matter if its an F series, ITS not an F22b1. Theres only ONE f22b1 and thats sohc vtec... those idiots dont know what motor the car has hehehe

 

its either f22a1, f22a4 or f22a6 all of which came in cb7's and later the in the 5th gen accords

SE's are def. non-vtec. it must be a F22B2. the valve cover is alot smaller and the spark plugs are in hte back. thats huge way to tell the differnce between the B1 and B2.

why would anyone but a 4th gen non-vtec in a 5th gen accord. its probaly a F22B2.
