ok here goes..... im at school in my car ready to go enjoy the nice day we had around here ... im fiddlin around with the cds and some guy SQUEEZES into the spot next to me ... thought to my self .. he better be careful ... next thing i know BANG... MOFO knocked my back quarter real hard... it was a bad day for me already so i was blazin right now.. i got out and it turns out to be some old guy ?? i push past him and look at the new door ding plus scratches he left .... after i see that there is steam comin from my ears..:angry: all i said is i hope u have insurance.. he said for what .. umm the fucken 200 or so dollars its gunna cost to get the ding pulled and repainted ... and you guessed it he said that he didnt even hit my car ... wrong thing to say we start goin back and forth and he just starts walkin away ... so stupid me goes and kicks in his back drivers side break light .... OOOOOHH BOY that was dumb... he runs over gets in my face and starts fuckin pushin ... i end up pushin him back over his trunk and he knocks his head on the ground ( not that hard like u fell off a chair hard ) he starts cryin assault and shit ... by this time the campus police roll up like its fuckin the tv show cops ... skid in sideways come out with hand on there guns ... yaay great ... told them the story .. he told his side... blah blah then some random kid comes up the the cop and says he saw the whole thing... from door ding to me bashin the tail light to him pushin first ... all i got was court for minor vandalism.. as the cops leaving he said to me .. i have a 69 chevy... if someone did that i woulda reacted the same way you'll be fine!!!! damn i guess it was my lucky day... if that kid hadnt shown up my ass woulda got an assault charge.. im gunna start parkin on the lawn ... if people had a little respect this woulda never had happend .. well thats my story.. sorry so long

I would have been pissed off too. It just seems that you should have controlled your anger a little better. And your right, you would have been charged with assault without the witness. Right before I loose my temper, I always ask myself is it worth it?

I have two dents in my door from work and don't know who did it and flipped out. My girlfriend didn't see why I was so pissed off. We are not together any more. Don't know what I would of done if I saw a person do it and not fess up to it. Probably be in jail for kicking his ass. Old, young, bitch, whatever. I would of been a little to pissed to hold back if they would not admit to it and walk away while I was trying to resolve the situation.

In Cali, we have something called road rage. That carries some harsh penalties too. That would have been added to your charges.

hahahah thanks for all the comments ... the guy was i dunno ealry 40's one of those " im goin back to school to furthur my job kind of guys' .... hey he pushed me first hes lucky that he fell back over his car cause if he pushed back i was swingin for the fences ... its not that i was over reacting i was in my car when he hit it and he didnt say sorry or it was an accident he said " what are you talkin about kid i didnt hit your door " and then turned his back on me ( bad move cause thats what really got me heated) ... dont turn your back act your age and confront me you fuck... i think that road rage law is in Mass too so ya i woulda been screwed but hey my cars worth it
