Are you trying to wire in the interior? When do you want them to turn on? Are you wiring a switch?

neon tubes and leds are two different things. neon tubes come with inverters most of the times, which usually include bridge rectifiers. so it doesnt matter which wire is positive or negative. leds, on the other hand, have a polarity. the wire that activates your parking lights is negative switched i believe, so the other wire should go to +12V. did you try the wires both ways in case you had it backwards?

ive got the LED washers too

but only as cheap OEM replacement.......... never run um, ever......... I at one point actually had them operate with the turn signals, but just said F*** it

I also have footwell lighting as well, theyre thin LED strips, because with a neon, KICK, oh crap..... kick an LED bar and nothing happens......... anywaystheyre blue and wired indirectly to the parking lights via a relay, when the lights are on, the lights draw power from the battery/main electrical supply
