So I decided to spend the money on the Bosch ICON wipers, they worked great, until it got real cold out. This morning I went out and started my car, came back 5 minutes later, turned on the windshield wipers with fluid to try and get some of the small ice patches off the windshield...then my driver side wiper just snapped right off! Any way I could go back to Pep Boys and get a replacement without a receipt??? I could see if I still have the statement from my debit card. Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Call them and see. Those Icons are tricky, sounds like you didn't have it mounted all the way

 

Well just the actual wiper snapped from the mounting bracket, so teh bracket is still attached, it was stupid of me to try and put the wipers on when it was that cold, so it is sort of my fault, but I just went through my debit statement and found the tab where I bough them, i'll head there after work and see whats up. There must be some sort of warranty or something on a pair of $44 wipers.

No shit, I came outta work, birdshit and little feet scratches all over, and both of em were pecked into a million bits...could only happen to me musta parked near a nest
other than that, blade wipers ftw, though.

and if they don't have a warranty or return policy just pull some shady stuff................like buying a new pair, and returning the old ones with a receipt and box.
