Wing West Lip Question.

Wing West Lip Question.
The front lip for our cars that wing west makes, does it go over the original lip of the car or you have to take it off (if it is possible) before you place the new lip? Thanx for your help guys....
It goes right over the factory pieces, you dont have to remove anything at all
