windshield washer

ok, so now that i have my car back from the shop, i noticed that my windshield washer doesn't work. i filled it the rest of the way, and there's plenty of fluid. when i pull on the control arm and it makes a whining sound, but can't get more than a dribble to come out. i also checked to see that the nozzles aren't clogged and the short piece of tubing that i could see coming from the top of the hood looks fine.

before i call the body shop up to tell them there's something new wrong with my car, any more suggestions for places to look for problems?

My car is the same way. For some reason it has no pressure whatsoever. I looked under the hood and it looks like the hood was smashing the little tube agaisnt a bolt. You might want to look to see if you have the same problem. Even though I moved the tube it still has the same problem. I dont really care though because i hardly use it anyway.

The windshield washer pumps tend to go out every so often. You could try changing it, if all else fails. Its not too hard to do it yourself. Though i've never done one on the CL.

yes, you can. what you do is, have a friend help you. either one of you, go inside the car and toggle with the wiper/washers, while the other person toggles with the sprayers. find a pin, or a needle and stick it into the nozzle. you can adjust it that way. keep adjusting till it is shooting in the right place.
