I was looking to tint my windows...but didn't want them to be tinted to much because the law in Ohio suck...the law says 50%. I wanted to know what the factory tint for a 97 acura cl was. I was thinking about 90% or so...let me know if you kow for exact.

 

90%? isn't that like, NO tint at all? I have 20% tint...

35% is still nothing
50% will be nothing

hes right...u can call the local courthouse and check the laws.....35% is like what comes on OEM cars now....looks like nothin....Ive got 20% (which is illegal in Kansas....35% IS legal) but ive been pulled over many times and the cops have never said anythin....some people get lucky...some dont...if i were u, id get 20%....

 

yea my friend hsa never ben asked about his 15% tint

All he did is if he got pulled over, he turns on the dome light so that the tint won't look as dark...

 

Hey does any one or has anyone seen tha tint that is not dark it is not a black base it has a mirror effect to it but you can see threw it?

I have 5% tint..

and.. i got caught 4 times because of that.. lol

then i paid around $3~400 for the tickets.. .

but i still have 5% tint..!! i hope i wont' get caught anymore..

and.. i think 35% would be okay.. 5% is damn dark!!

u can see nothing at night!! tooooooooooo dangerous..

but i'm used to it, so i'm okay..
