Well guys im still struggling with that pesky window, I know that the window motor is good cause I have taken it to a friends shop and he said the motor works fine but its just no grabbing, but then we saw at the top where the lines are, the steel braided ones, there is a line running on the actual plastic and mine isnt there and I have one loose, but the thing is there is a little plastice piece on the window ot bracket taht i can see and i think the wire going on there too but dont know how

any one what im talking about or had this happen before, all it looks like that the line fell off, i think, and i hope, i would hate to buy a whole new one when this one doesnt even look broken

Both of my windows went at the same time. theres a way to spend $500. when i got my car back (98 2.3) the passenger window was very slow and the guy told me that it was b/c the door was bent. so now i cant even roll my pass. window down b/c im affraid it will not come back up.

 

anyone, its just a wire

can anyone help me taht has a door off that will look at the driver side

all i need to know is if a wire runs up near the top of the door and that runs to the window as well, someone help

ill take pics today if someone can host them for me
