I know this is about audio...but more people frequent this part more...I plan on putting the Focal 165W Component Set in my doors...does anyone have these in their cars...or do you know if they'll fit in my 2.2 CL?...thanks..

while we're on this subject....for those that have change out their front speakers....did u use the original speaker wires or did u runned new wires to it??? this is if ur pushing it with an aftermarket amp....i was wondering bcuz if u r using the orig. then wouldnt the OEM and aftermarket amp b running on one wire??? would this cause a problem??

i used the factory wiring for my front speakers. I tapped into the wiring from the factory amp. I cut the wire from the amp and then ran a wire from my new amp to the stock wiring. I was planning on running new wires but it was a pain in the ass so I did it this way. You can get the wiring diagram for the stock amp by doing a search. It's easy to do and only takes about 10 min.
