Locate a distributor of car paint supplies in your area and give them a call. They should have vinyl dye that will match the color your looking for(Or at least something a litter darker). The same problem happened to my aunt's 93 crown vic. We used a squeezable bottle and applicator though to paint the armrest to its original color before she sold it. I can't remember what it was called, but I'm sure we purchased it from an auto paint distibutor. It seemed to apply and match great. By the way--- It doesn't look that bad considering the entire hub has faded.

its no sweat other than some crappy asthetics... its the dye and the vinyl used in the wheel... my beige is perfect except the wearing from spinning the whell alon the outter rim... You have to expect this to happen with time... sun dries ot the material & dye causing cdisoloration or fade...
