on a 2.2/2.3 it's pretty much impossible to get any better than mid 15's with just "bolt on's"
I have e/cai/h plugs and wires, and I run from 10.0-10.4 in the 1/8th on average. Haven't done the 1/4 recently.

and niedejb has a turbo and never really posted any times that I saw. He did have dyno's though. He made 255fwhp or close to that with f/i

I'm not saying it's the fastest on the board, but I personally saw CLTypeR run a 15.8

I used to have DC CC Header, a Greddy SP catback, and 17" Racing Heart C2's, and ran 15.8 @ 86 but I'm going for the stock look now so all i have left is H&R Springs, KYB AGX struts, AEM cold air intake, Denso Iridium Sparks, Phillips HID 6000k, Eclipse 5504 headunit, Focal 6.5 fronts, Infi Kappa 6x9 Rears, 2 12" Solo s12d's, Alpine v12 75x4 (full range), RF 800a2 (sub) .... hmmm anything else... indiglo gauges ... not much else right now if i can't remember....
