Just an update. I took off the wheels...i figured I might as well take them off so 1. they arent a hassle while im in school and have to worry about washing them, not messing them up etc. and 2. so they dont get jacked even though i have locks and everything, just one more thing to attract negative attention. Since being at school, i already have 2 door dings/w paint and dent. and a bunch of weird shit on my car, like one day i scratched this wax for like a snowboard type looking shit off my car. Than the other day it looks like someone spit pop or gatorade on my car cause it was all over the trunk. School hasnt even officially started yet. All that is here are kids playing sports. This is going to be a badddd year for the CL, I can already tell. I atleast got the wheels off though, washed them and stored them for the winter.

Yep, I'm going to have to take my wheels off for winter soon too. Ohio roads = salt from December - April.

I may need to get new tires for my stocks though.

 

damn that sucks. thats y im glad my car only stays in my lil culdesac when im at school cuz of the frat house and 1 parkinglot on campus when i drive there in the mornings

 

Smart Dude.. Classes start today for me and I haven't even hit the road yet.. I'm always late.. good luck with the CL this year.. I'm parking mine up as soon as I get down to school.. (Winter Modding) and to protect my car from idiots on the yard.. My CL can't take any more damage

P.S. How do you guys feel about the stock wheels with no center caps? I couldnt fit them back on because the plastic pieces of the center caps got pushed in more when they were on my new wheels so they just spun and seemed like they would fall out so I just took them off. You can see the gold thing on the rear wheels and than you can see a bolt on the front wheels. I was thinking about just taking a can of black spray paint and spraying them so they didnt stick out as much.

any ideas?

 

I like them with the center caps on honestly. That's just me though.

Haha yeah I know. I'd never go back to stock springs now, I love mine too much.

And Ryan, whenever you put your wheels back on, paint your calipers red. That'd look great with those black wheels.

and yeah, ill probably never drop it. I wish I could but it aient worth the money right now. Unless someones eyes start to hurt so bad from seeing my car without a drop that they give me theirs, ill wait. ha.

 

Put the Black wheel's center cap on the stock wheels since you have the stcok center cap on the aftermarket one's.

 

Trust me man, it's WELL worth the money.
