Wheel Question plz help

I bought 4 Honda Accord 15" alloy wheels for the snow tires for my 98 3.0.
One problem I'm having is, the front wheels are grinding against the brake calliper bracket.
Is there a way I could use a spacer or something between the hub and the wheel to get some space there?
Or is it okay to shave a little off of the brake bracket?
Anybody done this before? Ideas are appreciated

Get new wheels. Are hubs are not design for 15" wheels and that is one of the reasons why. I just pust snow tires on my stock 16" and Was able to fit 215/65/16 on the wheels with no problem.

I bought this on ebay and already spent the money so I would like to make it work somehow. Plus I had a set of 15" snow tires that I wanted to use.
