i got a problem. my wheel locks can't come off because the key is all striped and it striped the lugs. how can i get them off?

easiest wasy is to take it to a wheel and tire place, they deal with that crap every day. it will take you ten times as long to get it off your self

 

I believe the way a wheel place will take them off is like this....

They take an impact socket that's a bit smaller that the diameter of the lock. Then they pound it on over the wheel lock. I mean pound it!! Then they use the impact gun to loosen it.

They don't have to trip on busting a socket or whatever. The tool trucks (MAC, Snap On, etc..) will replace it.

My bro use to do that when people lost their key too.

 

That crap is pricey. I had taken my ex g/f vette in because she had lost her wheel lock tool and replaced them with new ones. What a rip off. JMO
