well 2 people offerd me trade my CL for there toyota trucks 4x4.....

I really want to keep the CL but shit I miss going offroading...
one truck is str8 front with a 15inch lift
and the other guys on has a 10inch lift...

what do you guys think I should do?

keep the cl and go for show or trade?

 

What do u need a 4x4 for? I drive one daily driver because of snow, but what do u need one for in hawaii? I love my 4runner, but wouldn't trade my CL for one

No doubt, I have a 2003 4runner sport, and I offroad all the time

 

I wouldnt trade my cl for a 4x4. then again thats just preference.

 

Dude I was gonna say (without reading the thread) if I had to guess any place that was I would definitely say Cali or Hawaii...

Why not keep the CL? Obviously if people are trying to trade you for it then they want the car...why not roll with them for their 4x4's and such, then when you want to go more uptown style roll in the CL. Keep shit diversified whether it's your friends, your money, your cars, your women, or anything else in life man.

 

Ok, I wouldn't miss doing that. Seriously. Not with my own car anyway. I'd keep the CL and go off roading in someone else's truck if i missed it that much so they could deal with the broken axles, filthy truck and gettin it occasionally stuck or flipped.

Don't u think theres a reason why 2 people want your CL and want to get rid of their trucks?

haha pics remind me of my high school days with my jeep, ahh that was so much fun....but i ended up doing a lot of damage to my grand cherokee...im gonna stick with a car from now on..

 

id stick to the little coupe over the big 4x4s......... thats just me, I always hated trucks and SUVs ......... ESPECIALLY lifted ones... for saftey issues of course, they always blind me to death, theyre impossible to see over or under... hit any sort of banked turns that I take on a daily basis youd tip it over in a heartbeat........ and (not saying anything about you or your buds) they all drive like stupid jackasses, driving crazy, stupid and having to take turns at 2 MPH

 

Those two black chevy pickups are outa control haha. I do love a good offroading session - my buddy and I used to take his jeep all over the place in New England where we could find good stuff to get it all out of shape on lol. I'd say do what you want man, but I ride with friends if I wanna go with a truck, and then get back in my CL and I remember why I love it.

 

i'll tell you want, i do miss going off roading in my durango back in the day. its really up to you. i might if it was a nice truck and worth it but the CL is my DD and i have another car which is faster, handles better, and is my ride of choice. so yea. do what u gotta do, if u have a bunch of friends with trucks, then might as well just roll with them and shit...,

That's why they MADE 4x4 trucks, you're supposed to go over anything and get em dirty. I take mine in the mountains all the time And 4 wheel on trails and shit, love gettin em dirty, and I love toyota trucks.
