Do suspension. Springs, Shocks, Camber. Best mod I ever did for my CL, both asthetic and performance wise. Nothing really changes HP significantly minus nitrous and FI...But you can change the handling characteristics drastically.

If you can do the drop yourself or find somebody to do it for cheap, sure.

You can find a good wheel and tire package for around $1000 or even less, springs are another $150-200 and shocks can be found for about $250-300. You just have to look.

Open an IRA. Actually, If I had that money I'd get Tein SS's and put the balance toward wheels and tires.

Actually keep it a stock sleeper. Do the Headers, pulleys, and nitrous, unless you could care less for the instant horsepower. But if you are in for looks and some performance, at least get an underdrive pulley and Teins SS. I have to agree with most other folks here. They all know what they're talking about, but heck now you have too many choices and too little money.

yes its the same headers, but you will have to get the downpipe bent per dustbusters thread on his obx install, any muffler shop should be able to help with that.

if you start shopping around and go to wheelmax.com and stuff, and if your really not into the whole bling bling chrome wheels..then i bet you could find a wheel/tire/spring/shocks combo for around $1500....

well thatd be a good deal then....

but id buy quality stuff.

the wheelmax whells are for the most part really heavy and the 18s are mostly still 800 or so with the crappy tires. i dont think that he would then have enough to do a quality drop with camber kits and install and have miney left for an alignment... maybe im thinking conservatively

imo, it sounds like you want wheels. go find a nice set and buy em. buy some decent all season tires that you like and call it a day. of course then you'll want a drop
