My 16" tires are: Fuzion HRi's.
My 18" tires are: Sumitomo HTR+ (I couldnt be happier w/ these)
Word to the wise...the Continental "ContiExtremeContact" are HORRIBLE tires...I had 8 out of 10 of them have to be pro-rated because of factory defects in the tire. (the sidewall would split open) I would find 1 or 2 with the defect, pro-rate it and get new ones..then more would go bad, then more, and more...and so on. It finally got to be the biggest BS ive had to deal with..so i just cut my losses and got the Sumitomos.

I liked them too...but the damn factory defects w/ the side wall splitting open, coulf of killed me. They were good tires...but the Sumitomos have much better handling/grip/cornering

i have the toyo proxe 4 on 18" and i previously had on yokohama avid db2... WOW what a difference, so much happier with the toyos, i dont know why ive been buying yokohama, every tire i try leaves me slightly less impressed, except the avid h4s got me through some serious snow with very little problems.

yeah.. it seems like most of u prefer toyo.. which believe it or not got eighth place.. the exact tire name they tested is Proxes T1R.. Third place is Yokohama Advan Neova AD07's.. second place is Continental ContiSportContact 2's.. and first place is.. Drum Roll...
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's.. they say the average cost is 169 bucks each.. and this is for the 225/45/17 tire size..
i guess u get what u pay for.. haha.. i have the magazine infront of me right now..
o.. last place btw is kumho ecsta MX's.. same tire size mentioned above..
i always thought kumho was supposed to be hecka good..

I got pirellis on the stock rims and i HATE them. They follow every grove or rut in the road. They suck. Very soft, they wear very fast.
I had kumho extas on my accord and they were nice when they were new, but when they got a lil older they went to hell in a handbag.
Im look at michilns, toyos, or goodyears.

Michelin for my 16's, Nankang for my 18's
I need new winter tires and I'm not sure if I'm stickin with Michelin....suggestions?
My Nankangs are the shit. I dont think there was much wear at all after takin them off a couple weeks back. And this is after lowerin car with no camber kit. Nice grip

I've gone through several of these due to the fact that I go over 100 on the interstate & take the on/off ramps about twice the speed suggested on a daily basis.....
The Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S
Love 'em, good grip, 400 tread wear.... what more could we ask for?
