so im drivin, i realize that my guage lights arent workin, so i get to where i was goin, i arm my alarm not knowin what was happenin, then after that, i couldnt disarm it. it poped my small light fuse, and my alarm fuse. so i think it has somethin to do with my corner lights, becasue whenever they are turning on, fuses are poppin. but over all im pissed, help me?

You have a short somewhere.

 

Check your corner lamps if you think that is the problem, but it sounds like your harness is damged, or you have a grounding circuit. If you know anything about using an ohmeter/voltometer, you might do a little circuit checking. It helps if you have a wire schematic from a Helm's manual. I think some wiring diagrams were posted several months ago by cocoa. But, I'm not totaly certain it was him.

If you have done any work recently, double check your connections to the items you altered. You might also check the primary ground and your ignition switch. If you've not performed the Ignition recall, now may be your time to take care of that. That defect can manifest itself in a number of systems, making a widely differential diagnosis.

haha no but i found out that a wire from my stock deck harness got cut into by somethin, and was goin crazy, so i just fixed it
