Make your own, cut off a few cm off the shaft, re-weld the mounting point and install. Just don't shift too roughly because its a lil hard on the cables...I've done this for a few MR2's with good success..if you could post a good pic of the stock shaft..i think i could tell you where to cut...

how well does the weld with stand teh hard shifting of gear when racing and how much did you cut? with a cutting torch? can you do it on a 3.0?
