weight reduction?
take out the back seat passanger seat, roof liner armrest, all trunk pieces including the spare, complete dash u dont need that, all carpeting, now if you read this you'll say this guy must be stupid, well thats exactly my point it would be stupid take anything out since it will make such little different
you can reduce weigth in our cars, but in the end it doesn't do much to an un/lightly modified f series engine. if you have say an h22 or turbeo, you might, might see a little improvement. but at that point it would just be for bragging rights to get a few more tenths of a second off your 1/4 slip
Also if you want to loose some weight and only want to turn the car into a drag car, take out the power steering and build up some arm strength to turn tha shit
i would take out the rear, seats, the speaker panel, the center console, the glove box, the trunk liner, spare, jack, and any and all stereo equipment

the airbag has to weigh a few pounds, and you could remove all the lightbulbs too !!!!
you arent going to notice this unless you are running some crazy most likely non-street legal setup

Seriously: I think everyone who responded, covered most things. You could get a carbon fiber hood.
