RI requires a front plate but i dont use one. IMO getting a ticket every once and a while for that is worth it. I apy all the money to make my front end look clean, i'll pay a ticket to keep it clean.

In a year and a half I have gotten 1 ticket for not having mine. I went to the dealership and they wanted 60 bucks for the bracket and mounting hardware, ticket was 55, so I still dont have one.

I've had my plate off for about 6 months now and the only time I've gotten a ticket was when I went up into the valley. The cops are more strict up there for some reason.

i have a front plate even though FL doesn't require one. my problem is that some fucker ran their truck across me and took out the plate bracket and scruffed up the tip. so i have to have the plate to cover up the scar
