Water in tail light!

I get a build up of water in the reverse-light section of my rear tail-light assembly. It looks like water droplets/moisture and it really ruins the look of the all red tail-light. Any have a fix for this?

take the bulb out, and take a hair dryer to the hole. should fix the problem. also check the seals around the bulb to see if they are cracked

Should the light just come out with a few screws? I haven't yet looked at it, I'm going to work on my car a little tomorrow. Do you think I could buy new rubber seals at the dealer? or would there be a better fix?
