Water leaking in

I recently went on a fairly long trip, and while it was raining outside, my passenger complained of water leaking in from her side, next to her feet. Now, I'm wondering has anyone else had this experience? I noticed that the A/C was located there as well, could it be something related to the A/C or is it simply water leaking in???

I had this happen also, but mine came in on both the driver and passenger side during a heavy rain on some twisty uphill turns. My dealer told me it was that the AC something or other drain pan had got clogged and they unclogged it.

It hasn't happened again, but my car still kinda smells moldy from all the water that leaked in before I noticed it. I am going to get the whole car detailed inside and out, including shampooing the carpets. Hopefully this should help, but I dont think I should have to pay to clean up after a warrantied part fails. I will have to bitch some more.
