New orleaans , but somehow my bat cable got loose that's why it wouldn't start. I drove it around the block, then wen I went to reverse lights flickering a little and sputtering, water came out the exhaust.
btw. This is after the water went down to nothing , and yes I have a cai

I would disconnect the battery and remove all of the SRS, ECU, and security brains... essentially all control modules. Anything that got wet in that passenger area should be removed, thoroughly inspected and dried. If it's not something you are fond of, may be best to go through insurance. It may still be salvageable if you were lucky enough to not short anything. If you get the water out and the PCB's dried and cleaned you may beat the corrosion and damage.

my neg came loose on me a few weeks ago. i was driving on the highway and the car just shuts off. i freaked out cause the power steering was gone and my blinkers didnt work. i loosened it a little, shoved it all the way to the bottom, then tightened, hasnt annoyed me since.
