Hey guys! I just joined today and wanted to say sup. I have a 97 2.2 CL. I've invested a ton of money into the sound system, and now I'm ready to do business with the car. I've done the normal stuf like clears, hyperwhite lights, shaved emblems, and shift knob. Now I'm ready to get busy. What are your thoughts on the best intake/exaust systems for our cars. I've looked at the AEM cold air coupled with a Nakayama exaust system. If you guys have any ideas at all, please holla at me. Oh ya, what is a smoothed trunk lid? Thanxz.

 

aem cai, dc 4-2-1 header, and a full 2.25" cat back exhaust seems to be everyones choices. greddy and dc are most common exhausts plus u can get them cheap.

 

AEM CAI, DC Cat Back Exhaust (Stainless Steel of course ), DC 4-2-1 Heads and if you got the cheese APEX'I VFAC. If you really want to go balz out you can be like f0de and get a H22 swap and a HUGE blast of NOS . Props to f0de but you better watch out because this years x-mas bonus might put that to shame j/k
