vinyl touch up paint??

I was wondering if there are any good products for touching up your interior vinyl. I have some "paint" that came off on my steering wheel and also under the ashtray the black is starting to wear out.... Ive only seen these paint pens at walmart but that about it
any suggestions???

yea..the walmart thing are the only things ive seen for vinyl...might wanna check a fabric shop or something like that
