wht are the basic mods for a 6 cyl acura?

CAI, ram air, shift kit etc ...?

I tryed nicks with my name but they were taken lol ...

I got the car before winter .. I was stuck with my '91 Z28, and luckely enough,
my dad was shopping for a new car.. he got the new TL, and I got the CL.

I checked the site skgarach posted, but dont see much except trans upgrade and full exhaust = $$$

With the Z28, you find mods like siamesed runners, base, plenum,afpr, camshaft, roller rockers etc ... tho im not putting it back on the road this year ..

Ill try a CAI, and research exhaust options for now

 

start with CAI, and exhaust first. Good place to start. Keep in mind, that this car does not have a big aftermarket selection. You will need to use accord parts. If you SEARCH on here, you will find all this info on this site.

 

Ya, same engine, trans feel diffrent tho, the '98 accord seems to have more pickup then my CL ('98).

both the cl and accord trans suck thier basically the same.. when my car was stock i beat a 98 accord. and i had someone in my car with me, along with 2 12's..

6. Clear corners ( front bumper lights )

yea you're missing something. sell the 3.0, buy a 2.x, (you can change f22 or add an h22) drop a turbo in it and then start modding it.
