V2 installed...

finally got the V2 in today... took about an hour and 45 minutes. a good 30 minutes of that was just getting the damn wheel off, those lugs were on tight, and that damn jack sux! anyway... everything went good. it looks sweet and sounds even better. hit 6200 in 1st and it screams... but when u get to second and hit that redline, no joke sounds like an s2000 at 9 grand. i can't belive how it changes the sound from stock. anyone who is lookin for a lil power and an awesome sound... need to get a V2. almost no sound at idle... just hardly a slight hum, and if you keep it under 3,000 rpm its almost not noticeable. which is good, i do alot of highway driving so if you're under 80 in 5th you won't hear it. but once you pick up some speed and get to like 4-5,000 rpm, it really does sound like a beast under the hood. i payed $270 inc. tax and shipping and it was worth every penny. now i just wish we had a higher redline so i can hear it more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well, if you leave it in drive, then yes, the 3.0 will switch gears at 6400 rpms, but if you leave it in "first", you can squeeze it out till about 7000 RPMs. Screams like a MOFO with that CAI in there.

the intake is on the passenger side of the i4s. the v6 are generally much deeper sounding to begin with over an i4 depending upon exhuasts.
