Used KYB AGX
I have a set of used KYB AGX's that I took off my CL a few weeks ago. I replaced them because of a squeaking noise that was coming from the rear shocks that was driving me crazy. Rather than replacing just the rear, I replaced all 4 of them. Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone has any interest in them.
If anything I will sell the fronts and throw in the rears. The rears can be used, they just make noises when you are going over bumps. Another option is to return the rear's to KYB under warranty.
Anyway, let me know if anyone has any interest.
Mods, I didn't put this in the Black Market, since most First Gen stuff gets lost in there. Also, since I don't know what price to sell them for and the Black Market rules specify that you need a price. Would it be OK to leave this here and open for a few days? Thanks!

As I mentioned earlier, there is nothing wrong with the front shocks at all and the only problem with the rears is that they squeak. I replaced all 4 of them with new KYB AGX's, just to get rid of the squeaking. The shocks are used, about a year old, but since I don't use my car that often, I will guess that they have about 6000 miles on them.
Regarding the warranty: KYB has a lifetime warranty on the shocks as long as they weren't used in a drop more than 1.5". Since I use the Eibach Pro Kit, the drop could not have been more than 1". I had to get new shocks in order to turn these into KYB for them to inspect and decide if it was a warranty case or not, so I just decided to get new ones and sell the older ones. Whoever buys these, I will give whatever information (receipts, etc) to try to get KYB to honor the warranty, but I will not guarantee that they will repair or give you a new set of rear shocks. The link to the warranty info is here ---> http://www.kyb.com/service/warranty.php#5.
In terms of price, like I said, I'm not sure what they are worth. If the warranty claim works, then someone will be getting a great deal. If it doesn't then, you will still have a good set of front adjustable shocks/ struts. Basically, I will take the highest offer, but I will not pay for shipping. The shocks are already boxed up and ready to go.

I have them on my 3.0, I'm pretty sure that they will fit a 2.2, but I don't know for sure. I check KYB's website and they list the same part numbers for all first gen CL models.

I paid $274 for my last set (all 4) from a company on Ebay. I'm sure I paid similar for this set, also from Ebay. I will have to check my receipts when I get home.
